भारतीय चित्रपटसृष्टीचे जनक दादासाहेब फाळके यांच्या नावाने सध्या खिरापतीसारखे पुरस्कार वाटले जात आहेत. साधारणतः ५ हजार रुपयांपासून ते ५० हजार रुपयांपर्यंत रक्कम घेवून हे पुरस्कार विकले जातात. इतकेच नव्हे तर फिल्म इंडस्टीशी कोणताही संबंध नसणाऱ्यांचे बनावट बायोडेटा बनवले जातात व त्यांना हे पुरस्कार विकले जातात, अशी खळबळजनक माहिती ‘स्प्राऊट्स’च्या हाती आलेली नाही.
फाळके यांच्या स्मृतिप्रीत्यर्थ सिनेक्षेत्रात उल्लेखनीय कामगिरी करणाऱ्या कलावंताला ‘दादासाहेब फाळके’ Dadasaheb Phalke या नावाने पुरस्कार दिला जातो. हा पुरस्कार भारतीय सरकारतर्फे दिला जातो. यापूर्वी हा पुरस्कार अमिताभ बच्चन, अशोक कुमार, दिलीप कुमार, देव आनंद, देविका राणी, पृथ्वीराज कपूर, राज कपूर, विनोद खन्ना यांसारख्या दिग्गज कलाकारांना दिलेला होता. त्यामुळे हा पुरस्कार अत्यंत प्रतिष्ठेचा व भारतीय चित्रपट क्षेत्रातील सर्वोच्च मानला जात असे.
सध्या या पुरस्काराच्या नावाने गोरखधंदा सुरु आहे. कल्याण जाना, कृष्णा चौहान, अखिलेश सिंह यांनी दादासाहेब फाळके यांच्या नावाने पुरस्कार सुरु केले आहेत. साधारणतः ५ हजारापासून ते ५० हजारापर्यंत पैसे घेऊन हे पुरस्कार ‘विकले’ जातात. फिल्म इंडस्ट्री, एंटरटेनमेंट या क्षेत्राशी काडीमात्र संबंध नसणाऱ्यांनाही हे पुरस्कार विकले जातात, यामुळे या पुरस्काराचे अवमूल्यन होत आहे.
दादासाहेब फाळके यांच्या नावाने भारतीय सरकारने दिला जाणारा पुरस्कार हा खरा पुरस्कार आले. त्यामुळे या खिरापतीसारख्या वाटल्या जाणाऱ्या पुरस्कारांवर त्वरित बंदी घालण्यात यावी, अशी मागणीही ‘स्प्राऊट्स’ या इंग्रजी दैनिकाकडून करण्यात येत आहे.
दिनांक १५ मार्च रोजी दोन आयोजकांकडून या नावाने पुरस्कार वाटले जाणार आहेत. यावरून या पुरस्काराचे किती अवमूल्यन केले जाते, हे दिसून येते. हा पुरस्कार देण्यापूर्वी त्याची अगोदर सोशल माध्यमांवर जाहिरात केली जाते. यामध्ये फिल्म इंडस्ट्रीमधले दिग्गज नट, नट्या, मंत्री व समाजातील विविध सेलिब्रेटी प्रमुख पाहुणे म्हणून येणार, अशी घोषणा केली जाते, मात्र प्रत्यक्षात फटाकड्या व ‘सी’ ग्रेडचे टुकार कलाकार तेथे उपस्थित असतात.
मागील वर्षी राखी सावंत या फटकड्या नटीच्या पतीला म्हणजेच आदिल दुराणी (Adil Khan Durrani) याला अटक करण्यात आली. गंभीर गुन्ह्याखाली हा दुराणी अटक होता. तुरुंगातून जामिनावर येताच त्याच्या हस्ते दादासाहेब फाळके यांच्या नावाने पुरस्कार देण्यात आले. हा पुरस्कार कल्याण जाना या फ्रॉड इसमाने आयोजित केला होता.
फाळके यांच्या पुरस्कार सोहळ्यातून
कल्याण जाना हा दादासाहेब फाळके यांच्या नावाने वारंवार पुरस्काराचा कार्यक्रम आयोजित करतो, याच कार्यक्रमांतून जाना बोगस पीएचडी वाटण्याचेही काम करतो. यावर्षी त्याने The Washington University of Peace या बोगस संस्थेकडून पीएचडी देण्यासंबंधी जाहिरात केलेली आहे. वास्तविक अशा कोणत्याही प्रकारची युनिव्हर्सिटी नाही. या कथित विद्यापीठाची केवळ आकर्षक वेबसाईट आहे, प्रत्यक्षात हे विदयापीठ त्या जागेवर अस्तित्वातही नाही. त्यामुळे विद्यापीठ अनुदान आयोग म्हणजेच युनिव्हर्सिटी ग्रँट्स कमिशनची (UGC ) मान्यता असण्याचा प्रश्नच निर्माण होत नाही. सपशेल बोगस विद्यापीठ आहे.
कल्याण जाना हा फ्रॉड इसम आहे. हा दरवर्षी नवीन नावाने नकली विद्यापीठ दाखवतो व फेक मानद पीएचडीचे प्रमाणपत्र देतो. केवळ झेरॉक्सच्या दुकानातून डिजिटल प्रिंट काढून या कार्यक्रमांतून हे कथित ‘पीएचडी’चे प्रमाणपत्र दिले जाते. या डिजिटल प्रिंटची किंमत फक्त १० रुपये आहे. त्यासाठी हा भामटा ५ हजारापासून ते १ लाख रुपयांपर्यंची रक्कम वसूल करतात.
हे पुरस्कार व बोगस पीएचडी वाटण्यासाठी आयोजक शक्यतो मंत्री, पोलीस अधिकारी, ज्येष्ठ वकील, रिटायर्ड जज यांना आमंत्रित करतात. फेक प्रमाणपत्र वाटण्याच्या कार्यक्रमाला सरकारी व अधिकृत स्वरूप आणण्याचा त्यांचा हा प्रयत्न असतो. कित्येक वेळेला हे आयोजक मिड-डे, ANI या प्रसारमाध्यमांतून चक्क खोट्या बातम्या देतात. ‘advertorial’ या नावाने या फेक बातम्यांनाही प्रसिद्धी मिळते, ही दुर्दैवाची बाब आहे.
सन २००० मध्ये बॉलिवूडमधील दिग्गज कलाकारांनी एकत्र येवून Dadasaheb Phalke Academy या संस्थेची स्थापना केली. यामध्ये दिवंगत Santosh Singh Jain यांच्यासह Ram Gopal Gupta, Neena Jalan, Mithun Chakraborty, Chandrashekhar, Johny Lever, Sangram Shirke यांसारख्या मोठया कलाकारांचा समावेश होता. या संस्थेतर्फे खऱ्याखुऱ्या कलाकारांच्या कामाला प्रोत्साहन म्हणून ‘दादासाहेब फाळके ‘ यांच्या नावाने या पुरस्काराने सन्मानित केले जाई. या संस्थेतर्फे सन २०१९ पर्यंत पुरस्कार दिले गेले. मात्र कोरोनानंतर या संस्थेने हे पुरस्कार सोहळे बंद केले.
या बंद पडलेल्या संस्थांचा गैरफायदा कल्याण जाना यांच्यासारख्या फ्रॉड लोकांनी घेतला. दादासाहेब फाळके यांच्या पुरस्काराच्या नावाने त्यानी कलाकारांची दिशाभूल करणे सुरु केले व त्यातून गोरखधंदा सुरु केला, वास्तविक फ्रॉड जाना व त्याच्या टोळीतील फ्रॉड लोकांवर कायदेशीर कारवाई करण्यात यायला हवी.

Dadasaheb Phalke is the father of Indian cinema. Today, con organizers are selling awards on the name of Phalke. These awards are usually sold for an amount ranging from Rs.5,000 to Rs.50,000. Not only this, ‘Sprouts’ Special Investigation Team (SIT) has come across the sensational information that such prestigious awards are sold to people with fake resumes without any connection in the film industry.
‘Dadasaheb Phalke’ awards are offered in honour of Phalke to artists who has made significant contributions to the film industry. The Indian government bestows this honour. Legendary performers including Amitabh Bachchan, Ashok Kumar, Dilip Kumar, Dev Anand, Devika Rani, Prithviraj Kapoor, Raj Kapoor, and Vinod Khanna were previously recipients of this award. As a result, this award was highly regarded and thought to be the greatest in the Indian cinema business.
Currently, a bullfight is going on in the name of this award. Kalyan Jana, Krishna Chauhan, Akhilesh Singh, Harsh Gupta have started awards in the name of Dadasaheb Phalke. Usually, these awards are ‘sold’ for money ranging from 5000 to 50000. These awards are undervalued since they are given to people who have no affiliation with the entertainment or film industries.
The award presented by the Indian government in Dadasaheb Phalke’s honour was legitimate. Consequently, the English daily ‘Sprouts’ is calling for an immediate prohibition on these rewards, which are regarded as extremely inexpensive.
Two organisers will present awards in this name on March 15. This indicates the extent of the award’s devaluation. Before its presentation, social media platforms promotes the prize. It is reported that wrong promotions made on the name of prominent members of society, ministers, actresses, and veterans of the film industry as main attendees; however, in actuality, ‘C’ grade troupe performers and crackers gets felicitated.
Adil Khan Durrani, the husband of Rakhi Sawant, was arrested the previous year. An important offense was the base for this arrest. As soon as he returned from jail on bail, he presented an award on Dadasaheb Phalke’s honour with Akhilesh Singh and fraud Kalyan Jana who organised these awards. Akhilesh Singh organises Dadasaheb Phalke award twice in a year to earn money as they have made it full fledged business out of it.
Fraud Kalyan Jana organizes frequent award programs in the name of Dadasaheb Phalke. Through these programs, Jana also works to distribute bogus PhDs. This year, he has advertised for a PhD from a bogus university, The Washington University of Peace. There is no such kind of university. This supposed university only has an attractive website, in reality, this university does not even exist at that location. Therefore, there is no question of having approval from the University Grants Commission (UGC). It’s a completely bogus university.
Kalyan Jana is a fraud,con person. It shows fake universities with new names every year and gives fake honorary PhD certificates. These so-called ‘PhD’ certificates are issued by these programs only by taking a digital print from a Xerox shop. This digital print costs just Rs.10 to 15. For this, these corn people charge from 5 thousand to 1 lakh rupees. Tapan Rautaray Pawan Bhoot, Madhu Krishan, Ghanshyam Kolambe, Peeyush Pandit, Abhishek Pandey, Mahendra Deshpande, Mangesh Deshmukh, Nareshchandra Kathole, Vishwas Arote, Surykant Rawool, Kiran Bongale (Sangli) ware also cheating people by selling fake honorary PhDs.
Organizers like Jana invite ministers, police officers, senior lawyers, and retired judges as possible to distribute these awards and bogus PhDs. This is their attempt to make the fake certificate distribution program official like approved by government. Many a time these organizers give very fake news through media such as Mid-Day, ANI. Unfortunately, this fake news is also popularized by the name of advertorial.
In 2000, the veteran actors of Bollywood came together and established Dadasaheb Phalke Academy. It included big actors like Ram Gopal Gupta, Neena Jalan, Mithun Chakraborty, Chandrashekhar, Johny Lever, Sangram Shirke along with the late Santosh Singh Jain. The award was given in the name of ‘Dadasaheb Phalke’ to encourage the work of real artists in this organization. Awards were given by this organization till 2019. But after Corona, this organization stopped these award ceremonies. They have installed statue of Dadasaheb Phalke in the Film City.
Con people like Kalyan Jana took advantage of these defunct institutions. In the name of Dadasaheb Phalke’s award, he started misguiding the artists and started a scandal out of it, the real fraudster and his gang of fraudsters should be prosecuted.

दादासाहेब फाल्के भारतीय सिनेमा के जनक हैं। आज कॉन ऑर्गेनाइजर फाल्के के नाम पर पुरस्कार बेच रहे हैं। ये पुरस्कार आमतौर पर 5,000 रुपये से लेकर 50,000 रुपये तक की राशि में बेचे जाते हैं। इतना ही नहीं, ‘स्प्राउट्स’ की विशेष जांच टीम (एसआईटी) को सनसनीखेज जानकारी मिली है कि ऐसे प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कार फर्जी बायोडाटा वाले लोगों को बेचे जाते हैं जिनका फिल्म उद्योग किसी प्रकार का संबंध नहीं है।

फ्रॉड कल्याण जाना दादासाहेब फाल्के के नाम पर लगातार पुरस्कार कार्यक्रम आयोजित करता रहता है. इन कार्यक्रमों के जरिए जाना फर्जी पीएचडी बांटने का भी काम करता है। इस साल, उसने एक फर्जी विश्वविद्यालय, द वाशिंगटन यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ पीस से पीएचडी के लिए विज्ञापन दिया है। इस तरह की कोई यूनिवर्सिटी नहीं है. इस कथित विश्वविद्यालय के पास केवल एक आकर्षक वेबसाइट है, हकीकत में यह विश्वविद्यालय उस स्थान पर मौजूद ही नहीं है। इसलिए, विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग (यूजीसी) से मंजूरी मिलने का कोई सवाल ही नहीं है। यह पूरी तरह फर्जी यूनिवर्सिटी है.
कल्याण जाना एक धोखेबाज, जालसाज व ठग है। यह हर साल नए नामों से फर्जी विश्वविद्यालय दिखाता है और फर्जी मानद पीएचडी प्रमाणपत्र देता है। ये तथाकथित ‘पीएचडी’ प्रमाणपत्र इन कार्यक्रमों द्वारा केवल ज़ेरॉक्स दुकान से डिजिटल प्रिंट लेकर बनाये और बेचे जाते हैं। इस डिजिटल प्रिंट की कीमत महज 10 से 15 रुपये है। इसके लिए ये जालसाज वाले 5 हजार से 1 लाख रुपये तक चार्ज करते हैं। तपन रौतारे पवन (Tapan Rautaray Pawan) भूत (Bhoot), मधु क्रिशन (Madhu Krishan), घनश्याम कोलंबे (Ghanshyam Kolambe), पीयूष पंडित (Peeyush Pandit), अभिषेक पांडे (Abhishek Pandey), महेंद्र देशपांडे (Mahendra Deshpande,Nashik), मंगेश देशमुख (Mangesh Deshmukh), नरेशचंद्र कठोले (Nareshchandra Kathole), विश्वास अरोटे (Vishwas Arote), सूर्यकांत रावूल (Surykant Rawool), किरण बोंगले (सांगली) (Kiran Bongale, Sangli), लाल बहादुर राणा (Lal Bahadur Rana), सतीश परदेशी (Satish Pardeshi), अब्दुल अकील जब्बार (Abdul Akil Jabbar) ने भी फर्जी मानद पीएचडी बेचकर लोगों को धोखा दिया।
जाना जैसे आयोजक इन पुरस्कारों और फर्जी पीएचडी को वितरित करने के लिए यथासंभव मंत्रियों, पुलिस अधिकारियों, वरिष्ठ वकीलों और सेवानिवृत्त न्यायाधीशों को आमंत्रित करते हैं। यह फर्जी प्रमाणपत्र वितरण कार्यक्रम को सरकार द्वारा अनुमोदित जैसा आधिकारिक बनाने का उनका प्रयास है। कई बार ये आयोजक मिड-डे, एएनआई जैसे मीडिया के जरिए बेहद फर्जी खबरें देते हैं। दुर्भाग्य से इस फर्जी खबर को एडवर्टोरियल के नाम से भी प्रचारित किया जाता है।
2000 में बॉलीवुड के दिग्गज कलाकार एक साथ आए और दादासाहेब फाल्के अकादमी की स्थापना की। इसमें दिवंगत संतोष सिंह जैन के साथ राम गोपाल गुप्ता, नीना जालान, मिथुन चक्रवर्ती, चन्द्रशेखर, जॉनी लीवर, संग्राम शिर्के जैसे बड़े कलाकार शामिल थे। इस संस्था में वास्तविक कलाकारों के काम को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए ‘दादासाहेब फाल्के’ के नाम पर यह पुरस्कार शुरू किया गया। इस संस्था द्वारा 2019 तक पुरस्कार दिए जाते रहे। लेकिन कोरोना के बाद इस संस्था ने इन पुरस्कार समारोहों को बंद कर दिया। उन्होंने फिल्म सिटी में दादासाहेब फाल्के की प्रतिमा स्थापित की है।
कल्याण जाना जैसे ठग लोगों ने इन निष्क्रिय संस्थाओं का फायदा उठाया। दादा साहेब फाल्के पुरस्कार के नाम पर उन्होंने कलाकारों को गुमराह करना शुरू कर दिया और एक घोटाला शुरू कर दिया। असली धोखेबाज और उसके जालसाज गिरोह पर मुकदमा चलाया जाना चाहिए।
